What is ISO 22000
ISO 22000 was specifically developed as a management system for food safety. The ISO 22000 standard is based on ISO 9001 in combination with HACCP (food safety). This extensive ISO was compiled from the basic rules concerning hygiene, HACCP standards and an effective management system based on ISO 9001. The certification not only demonstrates that the organisation meets the right international (food) safety standards; it also proves that safe operations and care for the environment are inherent aspects of the organisation’s operational processes.

ISO 22000 is an internationally recognised standard. Acquiring this certification is both an important milestone and a logical step for NVO Transport BV.
